Shipping & Delivery
All our packages are shipped from ARIZONA.
We advise you to group your purchases into an order. We can not necessarily group two separate orders and you will have to pay the shipping costs for each.
We try to pay particular attention to each of our parcels, so that it is delivered to you in conformity, while trying to take into account the ecological impact (no overpacking, recycling of protection, etc …).
Regardless of the shipping method chosen, we will provide you as soon as possible a link that will allow you to track your parcel delivery online.
Our prices are fixed, it means that the delivery costs will not change regardless of the number of products that may contain your order.
Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage.
Delivery and Carrier:
We ship within 48H after receiving and validating your order. Usually you receive your package within 2-5 days.
We are not responsible for the carrier’s delays.

This concerns countries outside the USA.
For orders outside USA we deliver from Japan or France. We ship within 48H after receiving and validating your order. Usually you receive your package within 3-8 days. We deliver with EMS (Chronopost Equivalent) + traceability of your order.
We are not responsible if your package is subject to customs fees, you will have to pay the fees by yourself.

The products ordered whose availability “In stock” is displayed are shipped within 24 or 48 hours after receipt of payment, to the address indicated by the buyer.
The products ordered whose availability “Available on order” is displayed are shipped within 15 to 30 days after receipt of payment, to the address indicated by the buyer.
Abyss Mermaid will make every effort to respect the delivery times mentioned in advance on the site in accordance with our general conditions of sale and may be required to make partial shipments in case of delayed delivery of suppliers preventing full shipping on time.
Advice for the delivery of your package:
Step 1 :
If the deliverer shows you a parcel in very bad condition or with a noise of breakage, tape of the carrier indicating an opening by this one during its journey.
One tip: refuse the parcel so it is returned to Abyss Mermaid and contact us to notify us. Mark on the delivery slip the reason for refusal ex: parcel refused in very bad condition and then sign.
In case the parcel is accepted despite the advice above, Abyss Mermaid will not take into account any dispute.
Step 2 :
When the delivery person arrives at your place and delivers the parcel to you, opening it to check it is considered an accepted parcel. Many people mark at the same time that they sign “subject to unpacking”, that means nothing and additionally has no legal value.
Step 3 :
Never sign up without having made your decision, as appropriate.
